how to speed up your overall Internet Performance:



From Windows Control Panel: go to Internet Options -> Connections -> settings



Checkmark Use a proxy server for this connection



with address 204.209.81.14 port 3128 .



Similarly with Netscape/Mozilla/Firefox/Thunderbird Look ofr connection under Edit-Preferences or Tools->Options
