We, your Executive Committee, would like for you to take a few minutes of your time and fill out the attached survey and send back to us. This survey is needed as we are looking at applying for additional grants to be able to expand what we can offer the community in terms of sports and activities. You, as a community, have a strong voice and we want to hear from you!
In order to be able to apply for the grants, the survey results for this one is needed by January 15, 2012.
There will be a follow up survey coming out that will be more detailed based off of the information received from the first survey!
