1) Psalms 119:1-88

ALEPH

1 Blessed are those whose way is blameless,

who walk in the law of the Lord.

2 (Ps 63:1; 84:2) Blessed are those who keep His testimonies,

and who seek Him with all their heart.

3 (Ps 79:10; 80:5) They also do no wrong;

they walk in His ways.

4 (Isa 30:29; Ps 62:8) You have commanded us

to keep Your precepts diligently.

5 (Ps 42:11; 43:5) Oh, that my ways were established

to keep Your statutes!

6 (2Sa 17:22; Dt 3:8-9) Then I shall not be ashamed,

when I have my focus on all Your commandments.

7 (Ps 88:7; Jnh 2:3) I will praise You with an upright heart,

when I have learned Your righteous judgments.

8 (Job 35:10; Ps 63:6) I will keep Your statutes;

do not completely abandon me.

BETH

9 (Ps 38:6; 18:2) How shall a young man keep his way pure?

By keeping it according to Your word.

10 (Ps 42:3; Joel 2:17) With my whole heart I seek You;

do not allow me to wander from Your commandments.

11 (Ps 42:5; 43:5) Your word I have hidden in my heart,

that I might not sin against You.

12 Blessed are You, O Lord;

teach me Your statutes.

13 With my lips I declare

all the decrees of Your mouth.

14 I rejoice in the way of Your testimonies,

as much as in all riches.

15 I will meditate on Your precepts

and keep my eyes on Your ways.

16 I will delight in Your statutes;

I will not forget Your word.

Gimel

17 Deal kindly with Your servant, that I may live

and keep Your word.

18 Open my eyes, that I may behold

wondrous things from Your law.

19 I am a sojourner in the land;

do not hide Your commandments fromme.

20 My soul is consumed all the time

with a longing for Your decrees.

21 You have rebuked the proud, those cursed,

who depart from Your commandments.

22 Remove from me reproach and contempt,

for I have kept Your testimonies.

23 Even if princes sit and conspire against me,

Your servant will meditate on Your statutes.

24 Your testimonies are my delight

and my counselors.

Daleth

25 My soul clings to the dust;

revive me according to Your word.

26 I have declared my ways, and You heard me;

teach me Your statutes.

27 Make me to understand the way of Your precepts;

then I shall contemplate on Your wondrous works.

28 My soul collapses on account of grief;

strengthen me according to Your word.

29 Remove from me the way of falsehood,

and graciously grant me Your law.

30 I have chosen the way of faithfulness;

Your judgments I have laid before me.

31 I have stayed with Your testimonies, OLord;

may I not be put to shame.

32 I will run in the way of Your commandments,

when You set my heart free.

He

33 Teach me, O Lord, the way of Your statutes,

and I shall keep it to the end.

34 Give me understanding, and I shall keep Your law

and observe it with my whole heart.

35 Lead me in the path of Your commandments,

for I delight in them.

36 Incline my heart unto Your testimonies,

and not for unjust gain.

37 Turn away my eyes from beholding worthlessness,

and revive me in Your way.

38 Establish Your word to Your servant,

so that You are feared.

39 Turn away my reproach that I dread,

for Your judgments are good.

40 Behold, I have a longing for Your precepts;

revive me in Your righteousness.

Waw

41 Let Your mercies come to me, O Lord,

even Your deliverance according to Your word.

42 So I shall have an answer for him who reproaches me,

for I trust in Your word.

43 Do not take the word of truth out of my mouth,

for I have hoped in Your judgments.

44 So I shall keep Your law continually,

forever and ever.

45 I will walk in an open space,

for I seek Your precepts.

46 I will speak of Your testimonies also before kings

and will not be ashamed.

47 I will delight in Your commandments,

which I have loved.

48 My hands I will lift up unto Your commandments, which I have loved;

I will meditate on Your statutes.

49 Remember Your word to Your servant,

on which You have caused me to hope.

50 This is my comfort in my affliction,

for Your word revives me.

51 The proud ones have derided me,

yet I have not forsaken Your law.

52 I remembered Your judgments of old, OLord,

and I have comforted myself.

53 Fury has taken hold of me because of the wicked

who forsake Your law.

54 Your statutes have been my songs

in the house of my temporary dwelling.

55 I have remembered Your name, O Lord, in the night,

and have kept Your law.

56 This is my blessing,

because I have kept Your precepts.

Heth

57 You are my portion, O Lord;

I have said that I would keep Your words.

58 I seek Your favor with my whole heart;

be merciful to me according to Your word.

59 I consider my ways,

and I turn my feet to Your testimonies.

60 I made haste, and I did not delay

to keep Your commandments.

61 The bands of the wicked have trapped me,

but I have not forgotten Your law.

62 At midnight I will rise to give thanks to You,

because of Your righteous judgments.

63 I am a companion of all who fear You,

and of those who keep Your precepts.

64 The earth, O Lord, is full of Your mercy;

teach me Your statutes.

Teth

65 You have been good to Your servant,

O Lord, according to Your word.

66 Teach me good discernment and knowledge,

for I have believed Your commandments.

67 Before I was afflicted I wandered,

but now I keep Your word.

68 You are good and do good;

teach me Your statutes.

69 The proud have spoken lies against me,

but I keep Your precepts with my whole heart.

70 Their heart is as thick as fat,

but I delight in Your law.

71 It is good for me that I have been afflicted,

that I might learn Your statutes.

72 The law from Your mouth is better to me

than thousands of gold and silver coins.

Yodh

73 Your hands have made me and fashionedme;

give me understanding, that I may learn Your commandments.

74 Those who fear You will be glad when they see me,

because I have hoped in Your word.

75 I know, O Lord, that Your judgments are right,

and that You in faithfulness have afflicted me.

76 Let Your merciful kindness comfort me,

according to Your word to Your servant.

77 Let Your compassion come to me, that I may live,

for Your law is my delight.

78 Let the proud be ashamed, for they have been wicked to me in falsehood,

but I will meditate on Your precepts.

79 Let those who fear You turn to me,

that they might know Your testimonies.

80 Let my heart be blameless in Your statutes,

that I may not be ashamed.

Kaph

81 My soul longs for Your deliverance,

but I hope in Your word.

82 My eyes are weary for Your word,

saying, "When will You comfort me?"

83 For I have become like a wineskin dried in the smoke,

yet I have not forgotten Your statutes.

84 How many days are given to Your servant?

When will You provide judgment on those who persecute me?

85 The proud have dug pits for me,

and they do not live in accordance to Your law.

86 All Your commandments are faithful;

I am persecuted without cause; help me!

87 They have almost consumed me on the earth,

but I have not abandoned Your precepts.

88 Revive me according to Your lovingkindness,

that I may keep the testimony from Your mouth.

Psalm 119:1-88

[1] Blessed are the undefiled in the way, who walk in the law of the LORD.

[2] Blessed are they that keep his testimonies, and that seek him with the

whole heart.

[3] They also do no iniquity: they walk in his ways.

[4] Thou hast commanded us to keep thy precepts diligently.

[5] O that my ways were directed to keep thy statutes!

[6] Then shall I not be ashamed, when I have respect unto all thy

commandments.

[7] I will praise thee with uprightness of heart, when I shall have learned

thy righteous judgments.

[8] I will keep thy statutes: O forsake me not utterly.

[9] Wherewithal shall a young man cleanse his way? by taking heed thereto

according to thy word.

[10] With my whole heart have I sought thee: O let me not wander from thy

commandments.

[11] Thy word have I hid in mine heart, that I might not sin against thee.

[12] Blessed art thou, O LORD: teach me thy statutes.

[13] With my lips have I declared all the judgments of thy mouth.

[14] I have rejoiced in the way of thy testimonies, as much as in all

riches.

[15] I will meditate in thy precepts, and have respect unto thy ways.

[16] I will delight myself in thy statutes: I will not forget thy word.

[17] Deal bountifully with thy servant, that I may live, and keep thy word.

[18] Open thou mine eyes, that I may behold wondrous things out of thy law.

[19] I am a stranger in the earth: hide not thy commandments from me.

[20] My soul breaketh for the longing that it hath unto thy judgments at all

times.

[21] Thou hast rebuked the proud that are cursed, which do err from thy

commandments.

[22] Remove from me reproach and contempt; for I have kept thy testimonies.

[23] Princes also did sit and speak against me: but thy servant did meditate

in thy statutes.

[24] Thy testimonies also are my delight and my counsellors.

[25] My soul cleaveth unto the dust: quicken thou me according to thy word.

[26] I have declared my ways, and thou heardest me: teach me thy statutes.

[27] Make me to understand the way of thy precepts: so shall I talk of thy

wondrous works.

[28] My soul melteth for heaviness: strengthen thou me according unto thy

word.

[29] Remove from me the way of lying: and grant me thy law graciously.

[30] I have chosen the way of truth: thy judgments have I laid before me.

[31] I have stuck unto thy testimonies: O LORD, put me not to shame.

[32] I will run the way of thy commandments, when thou shalt enlarge my

heart.

[33] Teach me, O LORD, the way of thy statutes; and I shall keep it unto the

end.

[34] Give me understanding, and I shall keep thy law; yea, I shall observe

it with my whole heart.

[35] Make me to go in the path of thy commandments; for therein do I

delight.

[36] Incline my heart unto thy testimonies, and not to covetousness.

[37] Turn away mine eyes from beholding vanity; and quicken thou me in thy

way.

[38] Stablish thy word unto thy servant, who is devoted to thy fear.

[39] Turn away my reproach which I fear: for thy judgments are good.

[40] Behold, I have longed after thy precepts: quicken me in thy

righteousness.

[41] Let thy mercies come also unto me, O LORD, even thy salvation,

according to thy word.

[42] So shall I have wherewith to answer him that reproacheth me: for I

trust in thy word.

[43] And take not the word of truth utterly out of my mouth; for I have

hoped in thy judgments.

[44] So shall I keep thy law continually for ever and ever.

[45] And I will walk at liberty: for I seek thy precepts.

[46] I will speak of thy testimonies also before kings, and will not be

ashamed.

[47] And I will delight myself in thy commandments, which I have loved.

[48] My hands also will I lift up unto thy commandments, which I have loved;

and I will meditate in thy statutes.

[49] Remember the word unto thy servant, upon which thou hast caused me to

hope.

[50] This is my comfort in my affliction: for thy word hath quickened me.

[51] The proud have had me greatly in derision: yet have I not declined from

thy law.

[52] I remembered thy judgments of old, O LORD; and have comforted myself.

[53] Horror hath taken hold upon me because of the wicked that forsake thy

law.

[54] Thy statutes have been my songs in the house of my pilgrimage.

[55] I have remembered thy name, O LORD, in the night, and have kept thy

law.

[56] This I had, because I kept thy precepts.

[57] Thou art my portion, O LORD: I have said that I would keep thy words.

[58] I intreated thy favour with my whole heart: be merciful unto me

according to thy word.

[59] I thought on my ways, and turned my feet unto thy testimonies.

[60] I made haste, and delayed not to keep thy commandments.

[61] The bands of the wicked have robbed me: but I have not forgotten thy

law.

[62] At midnight I will rise to give thanks unto thee because of thy

righteous judgments.

[63] I am a companion of all them that fear thee, and of them that keep thy

precepts.

[64] The earth, O LORD, is full of thy mercy: teach me thy statutes.

[65] Thou hast dealt well with thy servant, O LORD, according unto thy word.

[66] Teach me good judgment and knowledge: for I have believed thy

commandments.

[67] Before I was afflicted I went astray: but now have I kept thy word.

[68] Thou art good, and doest good; teach me thy statutes.

[69] The proud have forged a lie against me: but I will keep thy precepts

with my whole heart.

[70] Their heart is as fat as grease; but I delight in thy law.

[71] It is good for me that I have been afflicted; that I might learn thy

statutes.

[72] The law of thy mouth is better unto me than thousands of gold and

silver.

[73] Thy hands have made me and fashioned me: give me understanding, that I

may learn thy commandments.

[74] They that fear thee will be glad when they see me; because I have hoped

in thy word.

[75] I know, O LORD, that thy judgments are right, and that thou in

faithfulness hast afflicted me.

[76] Let, I pray thee, thy merciful kindness be for my comfort, according to

thy word unto thy servant.

[77] Let thy tender mercies come unto me, that I may live: for thy law is my

delight.

[78] Let the proud be ashamed; for they dealt perversely with me without a

cause: but I will meditate in thy precepts.

[79] Let those that fear thee turn unto me, and those that have known thy

testimonies.

[80] Let my heart be sound in thy statutes; that I be not ashamed.

[81] My soul fainteth for thy salvation: but I hope in thy word.

[82] Mine eyes fail for thy word, saying, When wilt thou comfort me?

[83] For I am become like a bottle in the smoke; yet do I not forget thy

statutes.

[84] How many are the days of thy servant? when wilt thou execute judgment

on them that persecute me?

[85] The proud have digged pits for me, which are not after thy law.

[86] All thy commandments are faithful: they persecute me wrongfully; help

thou me.

[87] They had almost consumed me upon earth; but I forsook not thy precepts.

[88] Quicken me after thy lovingkindness; so shall I keep the testimony of

thy mouth.

Impromptu Praise

Acts 16:16-26

The Imprisonment in Philippi

16 (1Sa 28:7; 1Ch 10:13) On one occasion, as we went to the place of prayer,

a servant girl possessed with a spirit of divination met us,

who brought her masters much profit by fortune-telling.

17 (Mk 5:7; Da 3:26) She followed Paul and us, shouting,

"These men are servants of the Most High God,

who proclaim to us the way of salvation."

18 (Mk 16:17; 1:34) She did this for many days. But becoming greatly

troubled, Paul turned to the spirit and said,

"I command you in the name of Jesus Christ to come out of her."

And it came out at that moment.

19 (Ac 21:30; 8:3) When her masters saw that the hope of their profits

was gone, they seized Paul and Silas, and dragged them into the marketplace

to the rulers.

20 (Ac 28:22) And they brought them to the magistrates, saying,

"These men, being Jews, greatly trouble our city

21 (Est 3:8; Ac 16:12) and teach customs which are not lawful for us,

being Romans, to receive or observe."

22 (1Th 2:2; 2Co 6:5) The crowd rose up together against them.

And the magistrates tore the garments off them and gave orders to beat them.

23 After they had laid many stripes on them, they threw them into prison,

commanding the jailer to guard them securely.

24 (Job 13:27; 33:11) Having received such an order, he threw them into

the inner prison and fastened their feet in the stocks.

25 (Job 35:10; Ps 42:8) At midnight Paul and Silas were praying

and singing hymns to God, and the prisoners were listening to them.

26 (Ac 4:31; 12:7) Suddenly there was a great earthquake,

so that the foundations of the prison were shaken.

And immediately all the doors were opened

and everyone's shackles were loosened.

[16] And it came to pass, as we went to prayer, a certain damsel possessed

with a spirit of divination met us, which brought her masters much gain by

soothsaying:

[17] The same followed Paul and us, and cried, saying, These men are the

servants of the most high God, which shew unto us the way of salvation.

[18] And this did she many days. But Paul, being grieved, turned and said to

the spirit, I command thee in the name of Jesus Christ to come out of her.

And he came out the same hour.

[19] And when her masters saw that the hope of their gains was gone, they

caught Paul and Silas, and drew them into the marketplace unto the rulers,

[20] And brought them to the magistrates, saying, These men, being Jews, do

exceedingly trouble our city,

[21] And teach customs, which are not lawful for us to receive, neither to

observe, being Romans.

[22] And the multitude rose up together against them: and the magistrates

rent off their clothes, and commanded to beat them.

[23] And when they had laid many stripes upon them, they cast them into

prison, charging the jailor to keep them safely:

[24] Who, having received such a charge, thrust them into the inner prison,

and made their feet fast in the stocks.

[25] And at midnight Paul and Silas prayed, and sang praises unto God: and

the prisoners heard them.

[26] And suddenly there was a great earthquake, so that the foundations of

the prison were shaken: and immediately all the doors were opened, and every

one's bands were loosed.

During a short-term missions trip to Ethiopia, our team accompanied another

team from a local ministry on an outreach to a group of young men who'd hit

hard times and were living in shacks in a literal junkyard. They were such

a delight to meet! We shared testimonies, encouraging words, and prayers

together. One of my favourite moments that evening was when a local team

member played his guitar and we got to worship with our new friends under

the radiant moon. What a sacred moment! Despite their desperate situation,

these men had hope and joy that can only be found in Jesus.

In Acts 16, we read about another impromptu praise time. This one broke out

in a jail in the city of Philippi. Paul and Silas had been arrested, beaten,

flogged, and imprisoned while serving Jesus. Instead of giving in to despair,

"[25] And at midnight Paul and Silas prayed, and sang praises unto God: and

the prisoners heard them.

[26] And suddenly there was a great earthquake, so that the foundations of

the prison were shaken: and immediately all the doors were opened, and every

one's bands were loosed. " (vv. 25-26).

The jailer's first thought was to end his life, but when he realised

the prisoners hadn't escaped, he was in awe of God,

and salvation came to his family (vv. 27-34).

God delights in hearing us praise Him. Let's worship Him during

both the highs and lows of life.

By: Nancy Gavilanes

Reflect & Pray

How has God enabled you to praise and worship Him even in the bad times?

How has He revealed Himself in remarkable ways when you've done so?

Dear God, please help me to praise You no matter what I'm facing.

Words in Season Scripture Memory Tools

Week 5 Rejoice in Grace - Day 3 The song of Exaltation

Exodus 15:2

2 The Lord is my strength and song,

and He has become my salvation.

He is my God, and I will praise Him;

my father's God, and I will exalt Him.

2 The LORD is my strength and song,

And he is become my salvation:

He is my God, and I will prepare him an habitation;

My father's God, and I will exalt him.

The world is full of music that communicates human emotion:

love, joy, sadness, separation.

A love song makes us misty-eyed; a song of protest arouses anger; a song

describing loss stimulates feelings of hurt and abandonment.

Music is a powerful force to sway the human spirit.

Exodus 15:2 indicates that God should be the source of the songs in our hearts.

Human emotions vacillate; human relationships disappoint,

but God is our "strength" and our "song".

To exalt the Lord includes many different type of "songs".

"I can't carry a tune in a bucket," one woman complained.

"How can I sing to the Lord anything that will be pleasing to him?"

But the Lord does not delight in the professionalism of our songs,

but in the motivation of our hearts. We can "sing to the Lord"

when we enjoy a Bach organ piece played for his glory.

We can exalt him in the words of Scripture - either remembered or sung.

We can worship him by enjoying the songs of others.

The key to making the Lord our song is exaltation. When our thoughts

lift him up in praise, we are singing a song of exaltation to the Lord.

When God is exalted in our songs, in our hearts, and in our thoughts,

that focus gives strength to our lives. We can face the difficulties

that are an inevitable part of experience,

because God is our "strength and our song".

Application

a) What is the difference between a song that is professionally performed

and one that exalts the Lord?

b) What practical steps can I take to make

my daily life a "song of praise" to God?

4) From Prosperity Promises - Kenneth Copeland

1 Cor 13:3

3 If I give all my goods to feed the poor,

and if I give my body to be burned,

and have not love, it profits me nothing.

3 And though I bestow all my goods to feed the poor,

and though I give my body to be burned, and have not charity,

it profiteth me nothing.

5) From a Book called God's Promises for you:

God's Inexhaustible Strength

Ps 18:30-34

30 As for God, His way has integrity;

the word of the Lord is proven;

He is a shield to all those who take refuge in Him.

31 For who is God except the Lord?

Or who is a rock besides our God?

32 It is God who clothes me with strength,

and gives my way integrity.

33 He makes my feet like the feet of a deer,

and causes me to stand on my high places.

34 He trains my hands for war,

so that my arms bend a bow of bronze.

30 As for God, his way is perfect:

The word of the LORD is tried: He is a buckler to all those that trust in him.

31 For who is God save the LORD?

Or who is a rock save our God?

32 It is God that girdeth me with strength,

And maketh my way perfect.

33 He maketh my feet like hinds' feet,

And setteth me upon my high places.

34 He teacheth my hands to war,

So that a bow of steel is broken by mine arms.

Remember God's promises when You pray

The Lord's prayer

Matthew 6:9-13

9 "Therefore pray in this manner:

Our Father who is in heaven,

hallowed be Your name.

10 (Mt 3:2; 4:17) Your kingdom come;

Your will be done

on earth, as it is in heaven.

11 (Pr 30:8; Isa 33:16) Give us this day our daily bread.

12 (Ex 34:7; Ps 32:1) And forgive us our debts,

as we forgive our debtors.

13 (1Co 10:13; Jn 17:15) And lead us not into temptation,

but deliver us from evil.

For Yours is the kingdom and the power and the glory forever. Amen."

9 After this manner therefore pray ye:

Our Father which art in heaven, Hallowed be thy name.

10 Thy kingdom come. Thy will be done in earth, as it is in heaven.

11 Give us this day our daily bread.

12 And forgive us our debts, as we forgive our debtors.

13 And lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from evil:

For thine is the kingdom, and the power, and the glory, for ever. Amen.

Quick facts on Muslims in Ontario

est Muslim Population 1 001 542

CNMM Networks: Ottawa, Durham, York, Toronto, Mississauga, Halton, Hamilton,

Niagara, Kitchener, London, Windsor

Ontario has 55% of all of Canada's entire Muslim population. This means that

the whole of the Muslim world is represented somewhere in this province. Most

Muslims are understandably located along the southern border stretching

from Windsor eastward all the way up to Ottawa. Yet Muslims are constantly

resettling in more and more suburban and even small towns of Ontario. Mosques

are springing up, and where there are enough gathered, Islamic schools

are starting.

And they're not complacent, either. Many Islamic leaders are energetic in their

advancement of Islam in Canadian society. Recently in the Niagara Region,

the local mosque distributed via Canada Post as many as 50000 full-colour

brochures on Islam. An that mosque's Facebook page proudly show pictures of

"reverts", or white Canadians who have converted to Islam as a result of

receiving the flier and engaging with the mosque community. Another town

reports Muslims going door-to-door evangelism.

Agree in prayer for:

- net network leaders - the need is great

- the development of network leadership teams

- good connections with local pastors, congregations and individuals

whom God is calling into this ministry.

- wisdom facilitating outreach and training activities for mobilising

believers

- new full and part-time workers among Muslims throughout all these areas

- for pastors and churches to respond not in fear, but full of faith and love

towards Muslims, sharing Jesus with them.

30 days of prayer for the Muslim World 24 April to 23 May 2020

Under the Keep Praying page

When the new moon is sighted it marks the beginning of t he new Islamic month

and Eid al-Fitr, the "Festival of Breaking the Fast", will start! After 30 days

of fasting, the Eid celebration at the end of Ramadan is a joyful time that

usually lasts about 3 days. Muslims will buy new clothes, exchange gifts and,

of course, enjoy special foods. In Muslim-majority nations, the streets may be

decorated and festivals will be held.

For many Muslims, Eid-al-Fitr begins with communal prayers at daybreak and the

distribution of money (zakat) to the poor, which is one of the 5 pillars of

Islam.

You can greet Muslim friends during this time by saying "Eid Mubarak",

which means Blessed Eid!"

Ramadan is over for this year, but you can continue to pray for Muslims you

know, and Muslims around the world:

- Despite the unsettling developments in our world today that involve actions

in the name of Islam, there is at the same time a largely untold story about

unprecedented movement to Christ among Muslims. There have been more such

movements of thousands or more new disciples among Muslims in the last three

decades or so than in all the previous history of Christian Muslim

relationships! Pray for this momentum to continue.

Acts 2:12-17 : 17 "In the last days it shall be," says God,

"that I will pour out My Spirit on all flesh;

your sons and your daughters shall prophesy,

your young men shall see visions, and your old men shall dream dreams.

18 Even on My menservants and maidservants

I will pour out My Spirit in those days; and they shall prophesy.

19 And I will show wonders in heaven above and signs on the earth below:

blood, and fire, and vapor of smoke. 20 The sun shall be turned into darkness,

and the moon into blood, before that great and glorious day of the Lord comes.

21 And whoever calls on the name of the Lord shall be saved."[a]

Footnotes

Acts 2:21 Joel 2:28-32.

- Pray for Christian workers an organisations focused on seeing effective

discipleship movements among Muslim people.

- Ask the Holy Spirit to continue to inspire you to have god's heart for

Muslims, to see them as He does, and to be the light that then to Jesus.

Matthew 5:14-15 : 14 "You are the light of the world. A city that is set on a

hill cannot be hidden. 15 Neither do men light a candle and put it under

a basket, but on a candlestick. And it gives light to all who are in the

house."

Ideas for prayer

And

Thank you for praying through the

5 Days of Prayer for Sikhs.

"My name is Kam. I'm 29 years of age, and I grew up Sikh. As a teenager,

I struggled with depression, brokenness, and addiction to

cannabis. I didn't know how to stop or how to get help.

Then a friend invited me to church. As I spent time with Christians

and heard the message of the Gospel, I experienced the

love of Jesus Christ, and it was like nothing I'd known before.

One night I had a dream where I saw Him - a figure surrounded by

light who I knew was Jesus, the light of the world.

As I began to understand the gospel message, I encountered a reassuring and

confident solution to the problem of sin. I knew that I needed a solution

to my sin problem, and I gave my life to Christ.

Slowly, God began to heal my broken heart and my addiction.

Nine years have passed, and I am a devoted husband and a father

to two beautiful boys. I grow deeper in love with Jesus each day.

I ask you to continue praying with me, and others around the world, for Sikhs.

God is the only one who can draw people to Himself. He works in and through

the prayers of His people. I want Sikhs to know the freedom

and healing that is only available through Jesus Christ."

13 (Ro 14:17; 12:12) Now may the God of hope fill you with all joy

and peace in believing, so that you may abound in hope,

through the power of the Holy Spirit.

[13] Now the God of hope fill you with all joy and peace in believing, that

ye may abound in hope, through the power of the Holy Ghost.

Our Father who is in heaven,

hallowed be Your name.

10 (Mt 3:2; 4:17) Your kingdom come;

Amen. "

Our Father which art in heaven, Hallowed be thy name.

10 Thy kingdom come. Thy will be done in earth, as it is in heaven.

11 Give us this day our daily bread.
