What Makes a Good Tip or Lead?

A direct lead is a recommendation given by a club-mate or a business transaction between two members.

A general lead is information of interest to several members and delivered to the group. It could be a new business starting up or closing down; companies moving into, away from, or to a new location in Edmonton; prospects for purchases of property, equipment, furnishings, printing, signage; buildings planned or under construction; personnel moving, retiring, being promoted; conferences and trade shows coming up; opportunities for advertising, promotions or prizes for local events; people buying, selling, renovating, travelling.
