READ ME FIRST 

To view the contents of this documentation CD, double-click the index or 
index.htm file.  Your browser will launch and you will be able to select 
and view the documents on the CD. 

If your PC is set to automatically launch CDs, the index page will open when 
you insert the CD or when you click on the CD icon. Consult your PC operating 
system documentation or systems administrator for more information about 
automatically launching CDs. 

If text on the CD interface appears to be too large for your screen, 
reduce the text size in your browser as follows:

   For Netscape Communicator, go to Edit > Preferences > Fonts
   and change the font size to a smaller number. 

   For Internet Explorer, go to View > Text Size and select Smaller.
