11 Jan 2007 Meeting the Resolutions of 2007

We meet at 6th Floor 9990 Jasper Ave Edmonton Alberta



So far here is how it looks:



5:30 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. Reception



At this time the Assigned Sergeant At Arms Elizabeth Taylor will have the room

ready and greet people as they come in.



6:00 p.m. Call to order and Elizabrth will point out where the washrooms are

and explain what to do in case of fire and introduce the ToastMaster.



6:02 p.m. Dave Yadallee will briefly describe the Theme is 30 sec or less

then introduce the programme, explain the overall meeting and

call upon the assistant to explain their role

So far those assistants are GE John Faber, Timer Rosa G

and Ah Counter Mike F. Mike would you like to be Grammarian

as well?



6:05 p.m. to 6:07 p.m. Introductions and Dave will call Gloria to chair

the business meeting

Toast and Joke optional is someone is interested.

6:07 p.m. to 6:25 p.m. Business Meeting

and 2nd Speech Darryl Korpany (I assume 5 to 7 minutes) evaluated by Carol Suddards



7:10 to 7:23 p.m. Evaluations lead by General Evaluator John Faber

7:23 to 7:25 p.m. Awards presented by Dave Yadallee and Thought of the Day by

Gerry O'Donoghue

7:25 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. Guest Comments and Closing Announcements led by Gloria
